We are looking for a Senior Consultant Ecologist to support our growing workload in the south-west of England.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning and undertaking ecology surveys, including UKHabs surveys, BNG assessments, and protected species surveys.
  • Providing technical advice to clients on development projects.
  • Client liaison and project management.
  • Supporting the mentoring and training of the local ecology team.

Requirements
  • An appropriate academic qualification in a related discipline.
  • Membership of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management.
  • Demonstrable experience in undertaking UKHabs, BNG assessments, and protected species surveys.
  • Experience authoring protected species reports, Ecological Impact Assessments, and Biodiversity Chapters.
