Job Title: Supervisor - Frasers
Job Summary:
Frasers Group is seeking a skilled Supervisor to lead our cross-functional team and deliver exceptional customer service, stock management, and cash handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively lead the Stockroom & Shopfloor team to support the store on the shop floor and in stock processing areas.
- Use workforce planning skills to focus resources appropriately and support the sales floor.
- Drive pace, flexibility, and accuracy in the team to process deliveries and minimize stock loss/damage.
- Implement best practices and ensure store teams operate back of house routines and tasks to guidelines.
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive cash handling services, including issuing till floats and reconciling cash and vouchers.
- Comply with relevant departmental policies, including Health & Safety and legislative requirements.
- Communicate regularly with Store Manager and Service Managers on stock levels.
- Work effectively with 3rd party contractors to ensure a safe, clean, and secure environment.
Requirements:
- Experience in fashion retail or a similar industry.
- Relevant supervisory experience in a customer-facing and stock-handling environment.
- Proven track record of working at pace to deliver results against targets and deadlines.
- The ability to influence and challenge team members.
- Understanding of Health & Safety legislation.
- Excellent customer service skills.
