About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Sales Advisor to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a key member of our Outbound Sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to customers to discuss their appliance protection needs
  • Use your excellent sales and communication skills to upsell products and provide peace of mind for our customers
  • Build rapport with customers and understand their individual needs
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
