Essential Qualifications & Experience
Remedy Education is looking for a Behaviour Specialist Tutor with experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience supporting students with Emotional and Behavioural difficulties, particularly those experiencing school-based anxiety or avoidance.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of evidence-based behavioural management techniques and approaches to support students with emotional and behavioural challenges. They will also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with young people, parents, and school staff. A relevant degree or equivalent professional qualifications are also required.

The estimated salary for this role is £30 - £35 per hour.
