Job Description

We're seeking a talented Apprentice General Manager to join our team at Pizza Express. As a commercial leader, you'll be responsible for driving the financial success of your Pizzeria through strategic initiatives and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  2. Lead a high-performing team through effective recruitment, training, and management
  3. Ensure exceptional quality and safety standards are upheld at all times
  4. Deliver unparalleled customer service, exceeding expectations and building strong relationships with our customers
  5. Take charge of day-to-day operations, showcasing your leadership skills and entrepreneurial spirit
Requirements:
  1. Previous management experience in a customer-facing sector, ideally hospitality
  2. A natural leader, able to create and motivate a high-performing team
  3. Exceptional P&L management skills, with a focus on driving commercial growth
  4. Creative, autonomous, and responsible, with a passion for delivering results
