About the Role:
As a Senior Fluid Management Engineer at Listgrove, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and introducing sealing solutions and polymeric valve products within the Fluid Management business line. You will work closely with internal and customer engineers/technical teams to optimize material and design elements for optimum sealing conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive design validation activities for valves, including stress calculations, tolerance stack-up analysis, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), and other relevant design validation methodologies.
Establish personal networks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.
Manage sub-contracted resources and plan research and development efforts to meet business objectives.

Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a related design or technical field; Project management qualifications a plus.
Demonstrable understanding of sealing design parameters such as temperature impact, friction, closing force, load direction, and physical/mechanical properties.
Excellent understanding and experience of engineering design, modelling, and simulation software, such as AutoCAD and Inventor.
Experience in seal designing, material selection, and seal testing is preferred.
Mechanical aptitude, ability to utilize measuring equipment (i.e. dial calipers and micrometers).
Demonstrable effective project management skills.
