Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at CPM United Kingdom Ltd. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to enhance our offerings and stay ahead of the competition
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of the on-trade and subscription TV/Sport services industry, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing clients in this sector
