Job Title: Clinical Lead in Eating Disorders

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead in Eating Disorders to join our team at Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of high-quality eating disorder services to patients across our region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of evidence-based treatment pathways for eating disorders
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive assessment and treatment services to patients
- Develop and deliver training programs for healthcare professionals on eating disorder diagnosis and treatment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service efficiency

Requirements:
- MSc or higher in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, psychiatry, nursing)
- Significant experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and developing treatment programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
