About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Learning Coach for EYFS/KS1. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding support to help young people in a disadvantaged community achieve their full potential.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored support to our pupils, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting the well-being and success of all pupils.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address areas for improvement, ensuring that our school continues to provide an outstanding education for our pupils.
