Job Title: HVAC Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team at City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across several site locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out technical repairs and PPMs to ensure all technical and compliance paperwork is completed and up to date.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards in an efficient and cost-effective manner, while complying with the laid-down Company Health and Safety policy.
  • Complete specified reports and compliance documentation, and take action on any issues raised.
  • Respond promptly and positively to service call requests from the Helpdesk, assess the requirements of the job, and carry out repairs as necessary.
  • Prioritise maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and response times.
Requirements:
  • Educated to GCSE / Standard Grade level as a minimum, ideally SVQ/NVQ Level 3 within Heating/Ventilation/Mechanical Equivalent Qualification.
  • ACS Commercial Gas Qualifications: COCN, CIGA, CORT, ICPN, CDGA, TPCP1/1A as a minimum.
  • Strong PC literacy, with experience in extracting, collating and presenting performance data along with a good understanding of the CAFM.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent planning, organising, prioritisation and project management skills.
