This is a hybrid role that balances office and remote work, allowing for flexibility in your daily routine.

The Role:
  1. We are seeking a skilled professional to review weekly trading performance and identify areas for improvement.
  2. You will be responsible for reviewing daily and weekly sales performance to inform business decisions.
  3. To ensure the accuracy of our WSSI tool, you will maintain up-to-date sales, stock, and intake forecasts.
  4. Develop strong relationships with key external brands to drive sales growth.
  5. Review style level performance on a weekly basis to optimize sales.
  6. In collaboration with the Assistant Merchandiser, manage delivery schedules, mitigate risks, and provide regular updates on intake progress.
  7. Prepare and collate feedback for the Buying Team regarding current performance and emerging trends.
  8. Assist in seasonal strategy development by analyzing historical KPIs, identifying opportunities, and highlighting potential risks.
  9. Create range plans for key brands to drive sales and revenue growth.
  10. Analyze complex data to inform business decisions and drive growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar merchandising role and be looking for a new challenge. This role comes with an estimated salary of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
