We are seeking a qualified lifeguard to join our team at New Milton Health and Leisure Centre. As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our customers while they enjoy our swimming facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all customers
- Monitor and respond to emergencies in a calm and professional manner
- Conduct regular pool checks to ensure the water is safe and clean
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent
- Competent swimmer with the ability to swim 200m in under 4 minutes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations
