Lifeguard - Part Time - New Milton Health and Leisure Centre

We are seeking a qualified Lifeguard to join our team at New Milton Health and Leisure Centre. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our customers while they enjoy our swimming facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor the swimming pool area to prevent accidents and respond to emergencies
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for customers
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Participate in regular training and development to maintain and improve your skills
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent
- Competent swimmer with the ability to swim 200m in under 4 minutes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
