About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Manager to lead our residential care home in Peterborough, Lincolnshire. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of multi-skilled professionals, including Deputy Managers, Unit Managers, Care Assistants, Administrators, Housekeepers, Catering, and Site Maintenance Personnel.
  • Ensure the environment is compliant with local governing bodies and regulations.

Requirements
  • Registered Manager with a Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Care.
  • Proven experience in managing a residential care home or a Deputy Manager looking to take the next step in their career.
  • A flexible and dynamic approach to support the needs of the service.
