About the Role:

This position involves providing general household assistance, personal care, and companionship for clients in their homes. You will be responsible for performing tasks assigned by the company while maintaining professional standards of care and behavior at all times.

The role includes documenting and maintaining clear and accurate records of care given, advising the Care Team Supervisor or Co-ordinator of incidents or situations causing concern, and providing prescribed care as instructed by the Client Treatment Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide care and support for clients at home
  • Maintain high standards of care and professionalism
  • Document and maintain accurate records of care provided
  • Communicate effectively with the care team regarding client concerns
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • A mature and responsible individual with excellent communication skills
  • Able to work independently in clients' homes
  • Practical, punctual, and tidy with ability to follow instructions
  • Motivation and ability to organize own time
  • Good written and oral communication skills
