About the Role

Parexel is seeking a highly skilled Principal Data Strategist to lead the development of scientific and real-world data strategies for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our data strategies are fit-for-purpose and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy real-world data strategies for client opportunities and proposals
  • Lead the development of scientific and real-world data asset access
  • Manage vendor and provider relationships
  • Design infrastructure and platforms for data management
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with operating standards, policies, and regulations
  • Represent Parexel in professional societies and at key events
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in biomedical informatics, public health, data science, or a related field
  • Advanced degree in biomedical informatics, public health, data science, or a related field (desired)
  • 5+ years of experience in the healthcare, scientific, and real-world data environment
  • Strong understanding of the clinical research process and business
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work with a decentralized team
