About the Role

The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing remote and on-site support to our customers. This will involve:

  • Offering technical assistance via email, phone, and remote PC login sessions
  • Providing on-site support for in-depth diagnosing and commissioning systems
  • Supporting the sales team from a technical perspective, including site surveys, reviewing specifications, and preparing AutoCAD drawings

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented mindset. They will be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via various channels

Requirements
