Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Engineer to join our team at Hunter Selection. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading global packaging manufacturer with a reputation for product quality.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing plant, working closely with our production team to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

In this role, you will be expected to perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot equipment issues, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and safety. A strong understanding of mechanical systems and electrical controls is essential for this position.

A salary of £46,000 (rising to £51,000 after training) is offered for this role, plus benefits including a group pension scheme, X4 life assurance, bonus scheme, BUPA healthcare, EAP, and annual staff attendance rewards.
