Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate tractors and other farm equipment to maintain efficient farm operations.
  • Perform general farm duties, including crop maintenance, livestock care, and farm repairs.
  • Ensure the safe operation of farm equipment and adhere to health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the farm team to achieve production goals and maintain a high level of farm productivity.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of farm operations, including crop rotation, soil management, and pest control.

Requirements:

  • Experience in general farm duties and tractor operation.
  • Telehandler certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing farm conditions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a rural setting with varying weather conditions.
  • May be required to work long hours, including weekends and evenings.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
