This 60-bed care home provides a safe and health-conscious environment for men and women with dementia and challenging behaviour located in Derby.

Role Overview:

As a Qualified Nurse in our care home, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate, patient-centred care while maintaining the highest clinical standards.

Responsibilities:
  1. Providing tailored nursing care aligned with the latest best practices.
  2. Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans and risk assessments.
  3. Promoting a safe and health-conscious environment for all.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RMN, RGN, RNLD)
  2. Experience in mental health care, particularly with challenging behaviours.
  3. Strong communication, administrative, and computer skills.
  4. A compassionate, person-centred approach to care.
  5. Commitment to ongoing professional development and teamwork.

Salary:

£37,440 - £41,184 per annum based on 36 hours per week
