**Job Title: History Specialist**
At Step Teachers, we are seeking a dedicated History Specialist to join our team of educators. As a History Specialist, you will have the opportunity to share your passion for the humanities with students and inspire them to engage deeply with the subject.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of students with diverse learning styles.
- Maintain a well-organized and professional classroom environment, ensuring that all resources are readily available for students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning community.
- Evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and work with students to set and achieve academic goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the humanities curriculum and implement best practices in teaching and learning.
**Requirements:**
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their best.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrated experience teaching History at a secondary level.
