We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) professional to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a Senior Health, Safety and Environmental Lead, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all HSE and Sustainability programs and processes for our Integrated Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement annual Safety and Environment and Sustainability improvement plans for the Chirk site.
- Develop and lead the HSE strategy and agenda for the site, working closely with the Plant Manager and HSE Cluster Director.
- Coach and support the Factory Leadership Team at all levels at site and Departmental Management in delivery of their local HSE agenda.
- Lead the HSE Specialist and provide strong support to the wider site.
- Drive and support the implementation of Mondelez International Safety, Security and Environment Standards.
- Ensure relevant Safety, Security and Environment training requirements are identified for the site.
- Experience as a Health, Safety and Environment Practitioner preferably within a manufacturing or commercial environment.
- Strong people management experience.
- Experience of coaching individuals.
- Strong experience of implementing a cultural change in a HSE context.
- Demonstrated experience managing a team, change management and project management.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Health and Safety audit.
