Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Community Health Worker. In this role, you will work closely with families and healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth operation of our Baby and Toddler Health Clinics.

Your key responsibilities will include welcoming families, supporting them with various tasks, setting up and tidying away, and supporting the clinic's smooth operation. You will also be responsible for greeting families, assisting with sign-in and sign-out procedures, encouraging and supporting families to complete registrations, checking registrations, and signposting families to the appropriate professional.

The ideal candidate will be aged 18 or over, have a friendly approach, be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check, maintain confidentiality, and be able to work well in a team and unsupervised. We provide training and support to ensure you feel confident and prepared for your role.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in your community, with a competitive £9.50 per hour salary.
