About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Chef Assistant to join our culinary team at The Belfry Hotel & Resort. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of dishes for our guests
  • Set up and prepare menu items for service, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective service
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Assist with menu planning and development, ensuring dishes are creative and appealing to our guests
Requirements
  • Professional cookery qualification (Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
