Care Specialist Recruitment Officer

Our client, a renowned care specialist, is dedicated to empowering young people through care, education, and support. Based in Glasgow, they seek a proactive Recruitment Officer to join their friendly and supportive HR team.
As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the business attracts and hires the best talent. You'll collaborate with department heads, particularly in care and education, to meet the organisation's staffing needs and ensure that recruitment efforts align with the company's mission of supporting young people.
- Source and engage candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
- Organise recruitment events and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records through the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Recruitment/HR Experience.
- Computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Hybrid working model (a mix of office-based in Glasgow with free parking).
