About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team at Moorpark Place, a specialist supported living service for adults on the Autistic Spectrum. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the centre's buildings, grounds, and equipment, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • General maintenance and upkeep of centre buildings, including pathways, gardens, and equipment
  • Maintenance of gas, electricity, water, and sewage systems
  • Recording of data associated with Estates Operations manual
  • Maintenance of all grounds and lawns using plant and equipment supplied
  • Stock and storage of equipment and maintenance of cleanliness of storage areas
  • Monitoring of electrical equipment and maintaining inventory records
Requirements
  • Full Driving Licence
  • Previous experience in a maintenance position
  • Friendly and helpful approach
  • Ability to work with the team or independently, depending on tasks
