Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Person to join our team at Moorpark Place, a specialist supported living service for adults with autism. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of our buildings and grounds, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• General maintenance and upkeep of centre buildings, including cleaning and snow and ice clearance
• Maintenance of pathways, including cleaning and snow and ice prevention operations
• Recording of all data associated with Estates Operations manual
• Maintenance of all grounds and lawns using plant and equipment supplied
• Care and maintenance of all specialist Estates equipment, including PPE
• Stock and storage of all equipment and maintenance of cleanliness of all storage areas
• Monitoring of gas and electricity systems, water systems, and sewage systems
• Safety inspections on electrical equipment and maintaining inventory records

Requirements:

• A full Driving Licence
• Previous experience within a maintenance position
• Friendly and helpful approach
• Ability to work with the team or on own dependant on tasks
