Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Person to join our team at Moorpark Place, a specialist supported living service for adults with autism. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of our buildings and grounds, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- General maintenance and upkeep of centre buildings, including cleaning and snow and ice clearance
- Maintenance of pathways, including cleaning and snow and ice prevention operations
- Recording of all data associated with Estates Operations manual
- Maintenance of all grounds and lawns using plant and equipment supplied
- Care and maintenance of all specialist Estates equipment, including PPE
- Stock and storage of all equipment and maintenance of cleanliness of all storage areas
- Monitoring of gas and electricity systems, water systems, and sewage systems
- Safety inspections on electrical equipment and maintaining inventory records
Requirements:
- A full Driving Licence
- Previous experience within a maintenance position
- Friendly and helpful approach
- Ability to work with the team or on own dependant on tasks
