Civils Project Manager Opportunity in Chester and North Wales

We are seeking an experienced Civils Project Manager to lead our civils and groundworks projects in the Chester and North Wales area. This is a challenging role that requires strong project management skills, as well as a deep understanding of civil engineering and quantity surveying.

About the Role
  • Cost Management: You will be responsible for managing project costs, ensuring that we stay within budget and deliver high-quality results to our clients.
  • Contract Administration: As a Civils Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of contract administration, including negotiations, variations, and claims.
  • Site Inspections and Monitoring: Regular site visits will be required to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: You will work closely with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to deliver successful projects.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in civil engineering and quantity surveying, with experience in residential and general construction projects. A professional qualification such as a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying is essential.
