We Are Footprint is a reputable Civil Engineering and Building Contractor specialising in Infrastructure and Groundworks.

We are seeking a highly motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our team, responsible for assisting in the management of construction costs and ensuring that projects are completed within budget.

Job Details

The successful candidate will have a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • To assist the project team in managing construction costs;
  • To prepare and manage contracts, tenders, and quotations;
  • To analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions;
  • To develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • To stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements

A degree in a relevant field, such as quantity surveying, civil engineering, or construction management, is required. A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the infrastructure sector, would be advantageous.
