Training Quality Assurance Specialist

Prospectus is delighted to be supporting a leading chartered body and membership organisation in their search for a Training Quality Assurance Specialist, responsible for undertaking verifications and assessments as part of an efficient and robust assessment process. This is a full-time, permanent role based in the UK.
The Training Quality Assurance Specialist will assess, audit, and quality assure training providers against national standards and best practice guidelines to ensure that they are meeting the exacting standards. The post-holder will undertake moderation of papers, audits, and quality checks, providing constructive feedback to training providers in the form of written reports, and on occasion, verbally.
To be successful, you will have knowledge and experience of assessment, training, and auditing principles, with an excellent level of attention to detail. You will have either a Level 3 Award in Understanding Principles and Practices of Assessment, and/or a Level 3 qualification in Education and Training.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join Prospectus and contribute to the success of our client. As a Training Quality Assurance Specialist, you will work closely with the Quality and Standards Business Partner to ensure that all training providers meet the required standards.
The salary for this position is around £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and organised individual with a passion for quality assurance, we encourage you to apply for this role.
