Educational Mentor for Children with Special Needs

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Educational Mentor to join our team as an English Tutor. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners across the UK, supporting those with special educational needs.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering personalized lessons that engage, inspire, and help learners progress. This will involve monitoring learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and collaborating with parents, guardians, and schools to ensure academic success.
As an English Tutor, you will work directly with students in their own homes or schools, providing in-person tuition. You will also be required to maintain accurate session records through our virtual learning platform.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging, personalized lessons for learners with special educational needs.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and schools to ensure learner academic success.

- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 6 months teaching or tutoring experience in the UK.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service.
- A commitment to safeguarding and supporting learners with SEN, SEMH, and other complex needs.
This role offers competitive weekly pay through PAYE, ranging from £25 to £50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. As a Fleet Tutor, you will also enjoy flexible working hours, career growth opportunities, and ongoing training that counts towards CPD.
