Job Details

Job Role
We are seeking a Behaviour Teaching Assistant to provide behavioural support to promote individual students' progress in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide behavioural support to students to promote their progress and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement behaviour plans
  • Support students with challenging behaviour to develop positive relationships and strategies
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of behaviour policies and procedures

Working Pattern
Full time: 32.5 hours per week - Permanent, Term Time Only

Contract Type
Permanent

Full-time Equivalent Salary
£20,319 - £22,091 per annum
