The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at M&D Care. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in leading our care team, advocating for the needs of our service users, and providing person-centered care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the care team in providing high-quality care and support to service users
  • Advocate for the needs of service users and their families
  • Develop and implement person-centered care plans
  • Supervise and support care staff to ensure they are equipped to deliver excellent care
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

  • QCF level 3 qualification or equivalent
  • Proven experience in care, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of equal opportunities and how they impact employees and service users
