We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our Residential Service in Croft House, Llanelli.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the staff team, advocating for and providing person-centred care, and supporting staff to deliver exceptional care and support to our service users.
The Role
- Deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health, Autism, and Learning Disabilities.
- Work collaboratively with the Registered Manager to ensure effective service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and external partners.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and risk assessments.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members.
Requirements
- QCF Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience in care, with a minimum of 1 year.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
