The HC-One Ltd. Senior Care Assistant role offers a chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. With a focus on providing exceptional care and support, this position requires a skilled and compassionate individual who can lead a team of Care Assistants and contribute to the development of individualised care plans.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to deliver a range of social and recreational activities, including administering medication. Maintaining accurate records and building strong relationships with colleagues are essential skills for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional care and support to residents
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants and uphold high standards of care
  • Contribute to individualised care plans
  • Collaborate with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager
  • Maintain accurate records
