About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Tesco Mobile. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers have a great shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the store team to ensure that customers receive a great shopping experience.
  • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
  • Assist with sales and merchandising tasks as required.
What We Offer
  • A competitive rate of pay starting from £12 per hour.
  • A minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with opportunities to work additional hours.
  • 3 weeks' notice of shift times.
  • A range of benefits, including life cover, pension, and uniform.
