Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the site, including emptying bins, cleaning designated areas, and attending to spillages. They will also be required to follow H&S and COSHH regulations, use site-specific equipment, and provide excellent customer service to on-site clients and customers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and disinfecting of designated areas, including offices, corridors, and common areas
  • Emptying of bins and recycling, ensuring correct disposal of waste
  • Attending to spillages and cleaning up promptly to prevent accidents and ensure site and staff safety
  • Following H&S and COSHH regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment
  • Providing excellent customer service to on-site clients and customers, including proactive interaction and communication

Requirements
  • Understanding of COSHH regulations and requirements
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, including ability to interact with clients and customers
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative, as well as follow instructions and guidance
  • Flexibility to cover shifts as and when required, including evenings and weekends
