Role Overview

About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Affairs Administrator to join our team. This role combines administrative, compliance, and logistical support with a significant focus on event management and regulatory adherence.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Congress Allocation Oversight: Ensure seamless congress allocation management for Medical Affairs, handling around 800 allocations across 60 departments.
  2. Attendee Information Management: Compile accurate attendee information, maintaining precise data entry into the company's internal system.
  3. Event Regulatory Compliance: Assist Event Managers in utilizing the internal event approval system to maintain compliance and ensure timely updates.
  4. Onsite Event Assistance: Provide dedicated onsite support for events within Europe, approximately three to four times annually.
  5. Financial Review and Reconciliation: Thoroughly review final reconciliations against invoices to guarantee accurate completion.
  6. Data Integrity: Carefully review transfer of value reports (excel spreadsheets) to verify data accuracy.
Requirements
  1. Professional Experience: Senior administration ideally within Medical Affairs or events.
  2. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
Estimated Salary: $72,000 per annum
