Job Title: Chief Enterprise Architect

Intelix is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Enterprise Architect to join our Global Asset Management Enterprise Architecture team. This pivotal role is responsible for shaping the strategic technology landscape of our organization, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving innovation across asset management infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive the strategic roadmap for the division's technology landscape, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the development and execution of the enterprise architecture strategy for our Investment Solutions and Services division.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Senior Enterprise Architects and Solution Architects across EMEA and APAC, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, product owners, and business stakeholders, ensuring technology solutions align with business strategies and objectives.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency, data integrity, and business agility.
  • Present architectural solutions to governance bodies and ensure adherence to corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects, from initial concept through implementation and ongoing optimization.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience as an enterprise architect in the financial services industry, particularly in asset management.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams of senior architects and engineers.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and data management solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level.
  • In-depth understanding of financial products, private assets, and investment management operations.
  • Proficiency in architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and best practices in DevOps and Agile methodologies.
Focus on Asset Management and Asset Classes:
  • Equities: Understand and address the architecture needs for equity trading, portfolio management, and analytics to support investment strategies.
  • Fixed Income: Design systems to handle the complexities of bonds, derivatives, and other fixed income products, including risk management and compliance.
  • Private Assets: Tackle the unique challenges of private equity, real estate, and other alternative investments, focusing on valuation, reporting, and transparency.
  • Multi-Asset Solutions: Create frameworks to support diversified investment strategies across various asset classes, ensuring seamless integration and data consistency.
  • ESG Investments: Incorporate environmental, social, and governance criteria into the technology architecture to support sustainable and responsible investment initiatives.
