About the Role

At FTI Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Advisor to join our Office of the CFO team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting Senior Managing Directors in building and growing our practice, developing knowledge management tools, and performing high-quality client work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement knowledge management tools and methodologies to support practice growth.
  • Perform client work and develop client relationships for CFO advisory service assignments.
  • Assist with practice development and marketing, including developing materials and case studies.
  • Participate in writing thought leadership pieces relevant to CFOs and the OCFO practice.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in a business-related major or economics.
  • Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience working in financial management consulting or a mix of corporate finance and accounting and consulting roles.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) certification or MBA is preferred but not required.
