SEND Specialist Tutor Job Opportunity

We are seeking inspirational tutors to support children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in Solihull. Our team at Prospero Teaching is dedicated to providing bespoke tuition packages on a 1:1 basis to young people who cannot currently access mainstream education.

The Opportunity

As a SEND Specialist Tutor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people with SEND. You will work closely with our team to deliver tailored tuition packages that cater to the individual needs of each student.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver 1:1 tuition to students with SEND
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure student progress and well-being
Requirements

We are looking for tutors who are passionate about supporting students with SEND. You will need to have:

  • Experience working with students with SEND
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A patient and empathetic approach
