About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team at the Commonwealth War Graves Commission. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our new Health and Safety system, working closely with internal teams to ensure system integrity.
  • Maintain COSHH and risk schedules, ensuring compliance with UK health and safety legislation.
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Health and Safety and Director of Health and Safety to drive our global health and safety function forward.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues across the organization to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • General understanding of health and safety legislation within the UK.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft 365.
  • Proven track record of developing, managing, and maintaining online health and safety systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
