Job Title: In-House Health, Safety, and Transport Manager Trainer

  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance drivers' knowledge and skills in health, safety, and transport management.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify training needs and develop tailored training solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and transport regulations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in health, safety, and transport management, with a focus on driver training.
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and transport regulations.
  • Nebosh certification.
  • Ability to develop engaging and effective training materials.
