The hospital is a 21-bedded unit, split into two gender-specific wards, designed to maximize communal and living space for patients. Your key duties will include ensuring the highest possible standards of care, assessing residents' needs, and developing services to enhance their quality of life.

You will champion appropriate independence and personal choice, developing, reviewing, and updating care plans to meet our residents' physical, social, and psychological needs. Additionally, you will oversee all aspects of medicine management, ensuring medicines are appropriately received, stored, and administered, in accordance with company policies and current legislation.
