Lead Analyst - Salesforce Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Analyst to join our team at Solvex Consulting Limited T/A Solvex Solutions. As a Lead Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth and success by leveraging your expertise in Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of Analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and develop strategic solutions.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Data Model, API capabilities, and declarative tools.
  • Design and implement integration patterns, including point-to-point, middleware, and ETL.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data transformation.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Salesforce, with a strong focus on Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and Middleware/Integration.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
