About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Fibre Broadband Sales Representative to join our Field-Based Sales team in Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers for our fibre optic internet service provider.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new customers through door-to-door sales and phone calls.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to stimulate sales opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales KPIs, working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service, handling challenging situations with patience and composure.
  • Utilize CRM systems and MS Office to manage sales activities and customer interactions.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £22,500 (increasing to £25,000 after probation) and an OTE of £35,000.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including private medical insurance, health cash plan, and pension.
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays and access to Keele University campus benefits.

Requirements

  • Comfortable with cold calling and door-to-door sales.
  • Successful background in meeting and/or exceeding sales KPIs.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Able to travel and possess a clean driving license.

Training and Development

  • Full technical, product, and process training will be provided.
  • Opportunities to learn and develop skills in relevant areas that support the business.
