Job Title: Implementation Consultant
Job Summary:
Mobysoft is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team. As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our customers, ensuring timely and successful project implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical consulting and product expertise to customers, enabling comprehensive solutions to be delivered.
- Project Management: Determine the scope of the solution, identifying and scheduling the resources required to successfully complete the implementation.
- Client Support: Ensure sales, account management, and support have the appropriate tools to sell and support Mobysoft's products.
- Documentation: Produce and manage client-facing documentation, conduct implementation pilots, and help customers envision the final solution.
- Project Review: Present to internal stakeholders a detailed project review prior to customer launch.
- Reporting: Project reporting up to PMO.
- Travel: Willing to travel on an occasional basis to support key strategic client engagements.
Requirements:
- Experience: Ideally 3+ years' experience, OR Bachelor's degree and 1+ years' experience, working on a B2B and/or B2C role.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrable ability to understand business and customer needs and apply technology solutions to meet client requirements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate technical concepts in an understandable way to non-technical colleagues and clients.
- Problem-Solving: Natural ability to problem solve and find job satisfaction in creating logical solutions proficient in SQL.
Desirable:
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge and experience working in the Social Housing sector.
- Software Implementation: Background in software implementation and Software-as-a-Service systems.
- CRM Experience: Experience using a CRM solution such as SalesForce.
