About the Role:

  • Part Time - 15 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday - Flexible Hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily administrative duties related to the delivery of services to students, staff, and clients, ensuring a high standard of accommodation and exceptional customer service.
  • Establish and maintain professional work practices and procedures to ensure a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Take responsibility for the safekeeping of monies/float and handle the banking of receipts in line with CRM's cash handling procedures, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Control and issue keys or access devices, following established residence procedures, and administer car parking (if applicable) in accordance with company policies.
  • Respond to customer enquiries promptly and courteously, ensuring all interactions reflect our commitment to excellent service and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, keeping them informed about current and future developments, and maintain strong, positive relationships with all service users, including students, staff, and external clients.
  • Contribute to a dynamic and customer-focused environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve exceptional results and exceed customer expectations.
