About the Role:

At AllSaints, we're seeking a talented Senior Business Growth Specialist to join our team in London. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities across various markets, customers, partnerships, products, and channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to engage with prospective customers
  • Create business cases to present to senior management for potential new partnerships
  • Support the global head of on-contract reviews and negotiations with internal stakeholders from IT, finance, legal, merch teams, DC teams, and project managers
  • Ensure smooth onboarding with new partners and hand over accounts to concession managers
  • Strategically plan for future growth, considering bigger-picture aims and objectives
  • Manage improvements, system upgrades, and new system integrations with existing customers
  • Review ways of working by proposing operational changes to internal and external processes
  • Train and develop members of the digital concession team on new partner processes
  • Seek ways to improve business operations
  • Attend seminars, conferences, and events to build networks and industry knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and changes in the business world
  • Support sales campaign planning and develop business sales and marketing strategies
  • Create sales pipelines and increase sales
  • Analyze sales forecasts and present findings to senior leadership

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in project management and marketplace environments
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of successful partnerships
  • Strong analytical skills and Google Analytics knowledge
  • A positive team player with leadership qualities and a history of supporting and training team members
  • Go-getter attitude with initiative to seek business opportunities

Location: Based in East London Studios, approximately a 10-minute walk from Liverpool Street Station, with perks and benefits from local businesses.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
