Exciting Opportunity in Automotive Retail

We are seeking a highly skilled Ground Operations Controller to join our team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide day-to-day operational support to flight crew, CAMO, and customers.
  2. Assist with trip setup, including arranging ground handling, flight permissions, flight planning, catering, fuel setup, and aircraft cleaning.
  3. Support post-flight trip activities, including logging post-flight documents, updating crew records, entering tech log data, and following up on post-flight reports.
  4. Approve invoices from trip support and other associated costs.
  5. Develop crew planning and movement strategies.
  6. Meet and greet passengers on departure and arrival.
  7. Create crew flight briefs.
  8. Monitor aircraft performance and contribute to determining airfield suitability.
  9. Offer support and guidance to the sales team on operational and crewing matters.
  10. Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  11. Ensure pilot compliance with the company FTL scheme.
  12. Collaborate with the Ground Ops Manager on operational and compliance matters.
  13. Participate in the company Safety Action Group and promote the Safety Management System.
  14. Be flexible to the demands of the role, including weekend, bank holiday, out-of-hours, and shift work.

Person Specification:

  1. Desirable experience working with a worldwide aircraft operator.
  2. Familiarity with European aviation legislation.
  3. Experience managing CAT operations.
  4. Experience with worldwide flight planning.
  5. Working knowledge of aviation safety management systems.
  6. Ability to work well within a team.
  7. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
